Founded on 8 September 1899, Sportfreunde Siegen has been a defining part of local sports culture for over a century.

The team plays its home matches at the Leimbachstadion, which can host more than 18,000 fans, and after a strong season, the club has earned promotion to the Regionalliga West, marking a new milestone in its proud history.

Under the leadership of Chairman Roland Schöler and Head Coach Thorsten Nehrbauer, the club continues to combine sporting ambition with strong community roots.
