Non EU European Orders

Product prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country.
The carrier will notify the recipient if payment is required for customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update.

Order Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact customer service within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once the order enters the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment:
